Any information collected during onboarding, coaching sessions, or digital interactions is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of delivering coaching services. This includes contact information, session notes, assessments, and any materials shared by the Client.

Client data will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties without explicit consent. The Coach may use anonymized insights for professional development or training, but identifying details will always remain confidential. Clients may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time.

Digital communications, including emails, forms, and session recordings (if applicable), may be stored for record-keeping and quality assurance. The Coach uses secure platforms and takes reasonable precautions to protect data integrity. By engaging in coaching services, the Client consents to the collection and use of their data as outlined in this policy.
