This Coaching Agreement is entered into between Andre’ Fullwood (“Coach”) and the undersigned client (“Client”) for the purpose of engaging in professional coaching services. Coaching is a collaborative, confidential relationship designed to support the Client’s personal, professional, and emotional development. By entering into this agreement, both parties commit to mutual respect, transparency, and accountability throughout the coaching journey.

All coaching sessions, communications, and materials shared are strictly confidential. The Coach agrees not to disclose any personal information shared by the Client without written consent, unless required by law or in cases where there is a risk of harm. Confidentiality extends to all digital, verbal, and written exchanges, and the Coach will take reasonable measures to protect the Client’s privacy and data.

The Coach commits to providing high-quality, ethical coaching services that align with the Client’s goals and values. This includes preparing for sessions, offering tailored strategies and insights, and maintaining professional boundaries. The Coach will communicate clearly about scheduling, availability, and any changes that may affect the coaching relationship. The Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes but will work diligently to support the Client’s growth and transformation.

The Client agrees to engage actively in the coaching process, attend scheduled sessions on time, and complete any assignments or reflections between sessions. The Client is responsible for communicating openly about their goals, challenges, and feedback. Coaching is most effective when the Client is honest, committed, and willing to take ownership of their progress.

Payment for coaching services is due prior to the first session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting the session or incurring a cancellation fee. Coaching packages are non-refundable once initiated, though unused sessions may be rescheduled within the agreed timeframe.

This agreement remains in effect until the completion of the coaching package or until terminated by either party with written notice. The Coach reserves the right to terminate the agreement in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or unethical behavior. Upon termination, any remaining sessions may be forfeited unless otherwise negotiated.
